With my extensive yachting background, I am looking to progress further in my career in seeking a new officer role as part of a strong dynamic bridge team on a motor yacht charter or private. Coming from vessels of different sizes with multiple nationalities and cultures, this diversification has granted me the ability to adapt and add value to any team environment. I pride myself in my humility, being able to communicate effectively with team members in all departments, providing and requesting constructive feedback, and finding time for those who need support professionally or personally out of my own will. Team culture is very important to me. Having worked closely with charter guests and many private families, I have been able to hone my natural ability to develop a strong rapport whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism.
