I’m a motivated and service-oriented individual with over five years of cruise ship experience, including ship security duties. I’m passionate about hospitality, guest care, and maintaining high service standards onboard. I’ve also expanded my skills through online learning, completing Food and Hygiene Level II and gaining knowledge in table setting, barista-style coffee preparation, and basic cocktail and drink service. In addition to my maritime experience, I serve as the President of a Business Consultancy and work as a Solar Energy Consultant and AU Gold Commodities Facilitator, which have strengthened my communication, leadership, and organizational skills. I have a strong passion for learning and continual improvement, and I always bring a positive attitude, professionalism, and teamwork to everything I do on board.
