I am a 25 years old Romanian/Italian girl looking for a boat that encourage my personal skills and my ambitions. I have great leadership and team building skills. I'm not scared about any kind of challenge and I’m willing to do my best in every situation. I have a bubbly and lovely personality, and a big smile always on. Drama free, motivated and hardworking person but nice and respectful at the same time. Positive, extrovert and friendly with both Crew and Guests. My career as a Volleyball player made me motivated, organised and determined. I don’t give up easily and I always look for the right way to solve any kind of problem. I’m so grateful even to my Graphic Design studies and my Foreign Languages ones. The first ones improved my creativity (big plus for table settings) and inspired me to look at things from another perspective, giving me a good eye for details and making me seek the perfection in everything. The second ones taught me a lot about different languages and cultures and trained my mind. I became very adaptable and accommodating. And my desire for knowledge increased and determined me to keep studying and learning even in the middle of the sea.
