That includes my fellow crew member. Im a massive team player and always the happy and positive one in the room. With my past responsibilities being a spa manager I had to oversee the spa’s daily operations, which include: -ensuring laundry flows smooth so i worked extremely close with housekeeping -stock control -dealing with customer complaints -US coast guard & Maritime law inspections -provide training to my team. Spa and ship related -also being a friend, boss, mentor, shoulder to lean one to who needs it -managed a team of 30 members and ensured that they worked well together and individually be happy. Although my main experience comes from managing, this is not what Im applying for, Im more than happy to start at the bottom and learn from my crew and be in a smaller working environment. Im definitely , 100% a problem solver, people pleaser. Im your typically country girl that found her happiness working abroad. Therefore im always up for an adventure either that includes dressing up and host a fancy dinner or get down and dirty cleaning.
