I’m an experienced and hands-on Bosun with over six years of yachting experience on both private and charter vessels up to 164m, and seven years of prior military service in the British Army’s Tank Regiment. I bring a calm, safety-first mindset and a leadership style built on discipline, trust, and clear communication. Most recently, I served as Bosun aboard the 77m M/Y Samar, where I led deck operations, supported guest service, and played an active role in crew development and onboard safety culture. I’m confident operating tenders up to 14m (single and twin-screw), experienced with watersport and helicopter operations, and take pride in mentoring junior crew to help them thrive within a high-performing team. Outside of yachting, I stay active through fitness and outdoor challenges and enjoy exploring new cultures
