Passionate about both the sea and gastronomy, I combine these two vocations with a methodical, clean, and highly professional approach. I’ve worked alongside some of the world’s most renowned chefs, led large teams, and been involved in restaurant openings from the ground up, developing strong skills in planning, budgeting, and kitchen design. I have a broad culinary background, including Mediterranean, South American, French, Japanese, and Arabic cuisines, as well as expertise in pastry, baking, and modern cooking techniques. My global experience allows me to adapt quickly, create diverse menus on short notice, and deliver high-quality service in demanding environments.
