I am a young, fit, and hardworking South African with a strong work ethic and a genuine eagerness to learn. After finishing school, I worked across several trades, including gas, electrical, and plumbing services, which helped me develop practical skills, discipline, and the ability to work efficiently in demanding environments. After a few years in these industries, I decided to pursue a career that would challenge me, allow me to travel, and expose me to new experiences and cultures. To prepare for this transition, I have completed my STCW, PB2, PWC, and SAMSA Medical, and I am now actively seeking my first opportunity in the yachting industry. My goal is to learn as much as possible, gain valuable experience, and build a long-term career while working alongside an experienced and professional crew. I take pride in being reliable, adaptable, and willing to start at the bottom and work my way up through hard work and dedication. Outside of work, I maintain an active lifestyle, enjoy training regularly, and am comfortable working as part of a team. I am a non-smoker, a light social drinker, and have one visible tattoo on my calf. I understand that giving an entry-level candidate a chance requires trust, but I am committed to proving my value through my attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn. I would be grateful for any opportunity to begin my yachting career and contribute positively to a crew.
