As a certified PADI divemaster, EMT-I medic, and qualified superyacht deckhand, I offer a mature and capable approach. While my CV isn't (yet) overflowing with examples of impeccable deckhand work as such, it does highlight an impeccable work ethic rooted in longevity, a commitment to professional development and the ability to adapt to high-paced environments. What I may lack in yachting experience I make up for with sheer grit, determination, and the ability to think and learn (fast) on my feet. Being a qualified medic, I have experience working as a first responder in a variety of high-paced settings, including hostile environments - evident by my time spent in Baghdad as a primary care (amongst other duties) medic. My goal is to establish a long-term, successful career in the yachting industry, drawing on my diverse skill set gained through years of experience in emergency medicine and business management. I am committed to my 3-, 5- and 8-year career development plan, starting as a deckhand / divemaster, and I am eager to put my skills and experience to work in a new environment. I am confident in my ability to provide excellent deckhand, divemaster, and medical support to any professional yachting operation and believe that I would be a great fit for a role that requires versatility and dedication.
