With over 6 years of experience as a part-time waitress and bartender at Molly Malones Restaurant located in Johannesburg, South Africa, I am adept at providing exceptional customer service to guests while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. My experience in the industry has taught me the importance of anticipating the needs of guests, and I am confident that I can translate this skill to the yachting industry. I am a quick learner, while being eager to develop new skills and take on new challenges. I am skilled in all aspects of bartending and service, from creating delicious and innovative cocktails to providing exceptional customer care, suggesting meal and beverage pairing, managing inventory and ordering. I am proficient in using a wide range of bar equipment and tools, and work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. With experience in interior design, I have developed a detail-orientated work ethic. My approach to design is collaborative, and I enjoy working closely with clients of various backgrounds to understand their needs and preferences. Furthermore, I have experience as an au pair with 3 years of experience working with children of all ages.
