I’m originally from the Free State in South Africa — a place known for its farms, hard work, and old-school values. Growing up in a small town rooted in strong morals and manners helped shape me into a respectful, loyal, and hard-working individual. For over five years, I worked in Cape Town as an event manager, where I planned and executed corporate events in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. That experience taught me how to work with people from all walks of life, stay calm under pressure, and deliver top-tier service with attention to detail. I’m a hands-on person who enjoys working with tools and solving problems practically — whether it’s rebuilding cars, building furniture, or jumping into a new task on deck. What drew me to yachting is the opportunity to keep busy, work with purpose, and be part of a team that helps guests enjoy an unforgettable experience. I’m ambitious, eager to learn, and looking to grow long-term in the industry. I hope to find a like-minded, supportive crew environment — ideally on a fast-paced charter yacht, where I can apply my energy and work ethic, just as I did in events.
