I am Erlis Fernando Wilson Hernández. I am from Bluefields, RACCS region, a small city on the east coast of Nicaragua. I have lived here all my life and haven't had the opportunity to travel abroad. From young, I have done different works as assistant for bricklayers, plumbers, carpenters and welders. Also, I have work as utility ( cleaner, wiper, handyman, and basic receptionist tasks) for restaurants, hotels, and regional educational institutions. I have participated in various training and workshops in Nicaragua sponsored by the American Embassy of the United States, Peace Corps, local and regional university conventions, national events, and the NICATESOL organization. I also have some experience in teaching ESP (English for Specific Purposes) to psychologists, administrators, medical students, and civil engineering students. I have been teaching basic English and advanced Spanish to teenagers and adults for about 13 years. I have worked in public high schools, private institutions in my city, teaching students from various ethnic groups in my country, as well as at universities in my city. Currently, I am enrolling in a BPO/IT/ITES training course as an instructor for students who will soon become part of the call center industry in my country. I am happy to be part of this group and to have the opportunity to share knowledge with all of you and engage in this exchange. I consider myself multitasking, outgoing, empathetic, proactive. These are my strong skill as well as basic tech support skills and ready to address any opportunity to help grow a determine company, better my communicative skills as well grow professionally and economically.
