I hold a Master 3000 CoC and bring over 12 years of experience on 40-85m private and charter motor yachts. I am ready to take command of a 45m+ motor yacht as Captain and I am seeking a long term opportunity where I can continue to grow and lead. I am a calm, approachable and dynamic individual and I believe in creating a safe, efficient, and enjoyable work environment. I believe that a positive crew culture leads to exceptional guest experiences and crew retention. Throughout my career, I have developed strong leadership, crew management, communication, and organisational skills. I have also taken an active role in extensive yard periods, new builds, and refits including my current vessel’s two year refit, during which I assumed significant responsibility in the Captain’s limited on site availability.
