I am a motivated individual setting goals realistically, concisely and with the utmost determination to succeed. I have an exceptionally high regard for the Yachting Industry, as customer service plays a great part in not only the industry but also in my life, both professionally and personally. All my life I have been in customer service and thoroughly enjoy offering the best level of service I can. I have experience in the hospitality industry and have a full understanding of what is expected of a person in a customer service position. It also provided me the opportunity to think creatively and work well under pressure, and most importantly, putting the needs of clients and customers first. I am dedicated, motivated, hard-working and disciplined, and accept guidance and instruction from my piers and senior management with an open mind.
