After spending over a year at one of Sydney’s best restaurants, I am proficient in both service and cleaning duties, such as cleaning bathrooms, and polishing cutlery, plates, and glassware. Additionally, I picked up the intricate food menu very quickly with all the various dietary requirements, alongside their extensive wine list. I have a genuine passion for hospitality and a natural ability to make guests feel cared for and looked after. In my spare time I like to ballet dance and read eccentric history books.
