Dear Hiring Team, I am 25 years old and from New Zealand. I am currently located in Antibes. I have all my certificates ready to go. Housekeeping and Service skills have been commonplace in my career. Upon completion of my Bachelor Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management I was 4+ Star trained in Housekeeping and Food and Beverage operations. This included laundry, public areas and room attendant tasks such as deep cleaning, bed making, amenity arrangement and cross contamination prevention all completed with efficient timings. I use the technique of having a guest perspective in mind whilst presenting a room and enjoy the satisfaction upon completion. I am confident with service order and different service types and possess excellent guest interaction abilities, wine knowledge and pouring, barista coffee making, mixology experience, table set up and enjoy being creative with tablescapes. I have experience in large 4+ star hotels where I applied my skills. I have recently completed daywork onboard a 50m motor yacht deep cleaning and helping them prepare for their boss trip. For the past 3 years I was working onboard 180m passenger ships performing deep cleaning tasks and serving food and beverage where I became accustomed to long hours in a fast paced, high turn around customer focused environment as a Premium Lounge Attendant and stepped up as Crew Leader. I have a hands-on approach and like getting involved and applying the knowledge and skills I have built for the past 8 years in the hospitality field. I am friendly and welcoming and love getting to know people.
