Following another successful back to back charter season I left my role as chief stew on M/Y Roma in order to fulfil some upcoming personal commitments. I have also just completed a temp chief stew role on M/Y Triumph, covering an event packed Antigua Yacht Show. I’m now seeking a boat that values crew retention and progression whilst fostering a positive and professional working environment. If it travels to the far corners of the world, then that’s a bonus too! My strengths lie in service, particularly in creative tables, parties and cocktails. I enjoy leading a team, training and creating a collaborative environment in which everyone can flourish. I also have strong admin skills and am a competent project manager who enjoys that side of the role too.
