I’ve also owned and operated a fine dining catering company serving high-profile clients, and I have extensive experience in bar and cocktail mixology. My love for wine has led me to sommelier roles and curating wine lists for venues, as well as working in a boutique wine shop as part of the buying team. This passion has given me an excellent food pairing palate. I have a proven track record in delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading teams, training, and maintaining high professional standards as well as strong culinary knowledge.
