Effective communication correlates directly to effective teamwork, and I am well equipped to handle any communications roadblocks that may arise. Another strength of mine is innovation. Innovation is essential in many aspects of the ship's crew's ability to provide consistent, high-quality customer service. Implementing new ideas that can lead to streamlined procedures or the ability to troubleshoot quickly can highly contribute to not only the success of the passengers' experience, but also the safety of the crew.
