Growing up on a large property with lots of animals and many chores, I developed a hard work ethic from a young age. I competed in horse riding and netball throughout my schooling years. The ups and downs of these sports allowed me to develop a hard work ethic, dedication & perseverance. I then went on to study psychology and worked in the industry for 1 year, which further developed my organizational traits, people skills & emotional intelligence. I joined yachting to find a career path that fulfilled me. I have never looked back and am truly passionate about guest satisfaction and working in a strong interior team. I am a huge team player and believe every job in the interior is just as important as the next. During my time as chief stew I gained great mentorship from my captains, developed strong leadership skills, and learnt what it takes to manage an interior team, for the smooth running of the yacht. I thrive under a busy program and believe it is extremely important to lead by example. My hard work ethic is my biggest strength and I am excited to get back to work.
