I am an aspiring stewardess, with a background in London’s luxury event market and with experience in various guest facing seasonal roles. Since 2018 I have been involved with London’s luxury event market as an events manger and assistant. Through this role I have experienced working in London’s top hotels, such as the Mandarin Oriental. I am very accustomed to delivering high standards of service and products. I have a warm and friendly nature, being confident both interacting with guests and working in high pressured environments. I have worked 4 other seasonal roles. My first season I was a chalet host, in a 15-person chalet. My role focused on serving guests, cooking breakfast/afternoon tea, cleaning, arranging linen and organising storage. The following summer I worked in a Greek hotel in the childcare team. Summer 2024, I did an internship for Yacht Week in Greece, a flotilla vacation company. I was part of the events crew and lived on a Lagoon 42 Catamaran. I regularly assisted the skipper with the lines, fenders and anchor. Most recently, I worked in a guest services team in Japan for a ski school, dealing with customer bookings and questions. I am very friendly and a good communicator. I work effectively in various teams, full of people with different backgrounds, but I am also very comfortable working solo. I will adapt based on the needs of the role. I would describe myself as a highly motivated individual, easily adaptable and always eager to develop new skills.
