After accumulating 12 months of direct yachting experience on a 35m, 50m and 85m, I have developed an adaptable approach to yachting whilst enhancing my skills and knowledge across all interior departments. I have had extensive experience within housekeeping however, I am a versatile and capable stewardess across all other areas too, therefore always happy help where needed, including out on deck. I am extremely driven, motivated and hard working and have learnt how to work confidently independently, within a team and with precision and care whilst maintaining a professional demeanour and delivering the highest standard of care to guests. Having developed a wealth of experience in hospitality, customer service, sales and yacht recruitment, I have strong interpersonal skills which have allowed me to build strong and professional relationships with guests and crew. This has often resulted in positive guest feedback and strong references from previous employers and crew members. My direct yachting experience as well as my employment as a yacht crew recruitment consultant has given me a significant understanding of the importance of finding the ‘right boat’. Therefore, after taking some time off boats this year due to unforeseen circumstances, I am now looking for my next position on a professional yacht, with the ambition to build longevity and expand on my experience amongst a friendly, supportive and hopefully active crew.
