About me
I am seeking a Sous Chef position onboard a 60+ meter private or charter yacht, where I can deliver high-quality, internationally inspired cuisine in fast-paced environments. I have extensive experience catering for 16–22 crew daily, confidently managing diverse dietary requirements while maintaining strong menu variety with minimal repetition. I have supported Head Chefs with guest dining, menu development, and provisioning, and have operated independently as Sole Chef during deliveries and new-build programs. I am experienced in time- sensitive provisioning without provisioner support, helping outfit a new-build galley, and successfully completing a Holland to Monaco delivery as Sole Chef. I hold STCW, ENG1, and B1/B2 visas, and am open to 3:1 or 2:2 rotations. I am motivated to join a professional vessel where I can consistently deliver high standards and contribute positively to a cohesive crew environment
