With over 8 years of progressive experience in maritime crewing operations, crew documentation, personnel administration, compliance, and crew mobilization, I bring extensive shore-side operational expertise directly aligned with administrative and crew management. During my time with CF Sharp Crew Management, I managed contracts, visas, certifications, crew records, and deployment requirements for the Norwegian Cruise Line, Apollo, and Adora fleets, and supported the crew mobilization and launch operations of Norwegian Aqua, Norwegian Luna, and Allura of Apollo. I currently serve as a Documentation Manager, leading teams responsible for crew documentation, visa processing, Flag State requirements, contracts, and deployment compliance.
