About me
My name is Justin, I am a Deckhand / Dive Instructor with experience in both departments so I have more to add than just deck skills. Diving is where my love for this Industry started, which is also what encouraged me to complete my Deckhand courses. I am looking for my next boat family, ready to work with a team and ready to hit the ground running, hard work is what I live for, long hours not a problem, presentation and client/owner satisfaction to the highest degree, not much of a drinker, yet social in a professional manner,. Great experience with cleaning and maintaining mother vessel, tenders and toys of all makes, proficiency in all deck duties including engine room and crossing experience, being humble is important to me, respect of the hierarchy is absolute. when i start on a new vessel i put myself back to the greenie mindset (LOOK, LISTEN, LEARN) because everyboat does things their own way yet the experience of those that came before remains I am a dive instructor with both PADI and SSI associations so i have knowledge of european and american standards and laws so i am flexible. CPR and oxygen providing along with rope access training so heights and knots I am no stranger to, along with rigging heavy objects. I am regarded by my peers as a team player and am a highly motivated, respectful and hard-working individual who will strive to help every one of my crewmates of all departments.
