I am an experienced and passionate stewardess with nearly two years in the yachting industry, having worked onboard a 92m private yacht. During this time, I was promoted to Second Stewardess, which allowed me to take on greater responsibility—not only developing my own skills but also mentoring junior stews, managing interior inventories, and stepping up in the Chief Stew’s absence to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. In my role, I was hands-on in both housekeeping and service while on trip, and I always aimed to maintain high standards, consistency, and calm under pressure. I managed dry stores, the wine store, and helped train and guide new team members, supporting a well-functioning and professional interior department. With a background in interior design, I bring a strong eye for detail and aesthetics —whether in table decor, cabin preparation, or guest experiences. I thrive when creativity meets structure and love contributing to a seamless, elevated onboard atmosphere. I’m also someone who genuinely values team dynamics.
