I have almost 10 years of experience in the yacht industry, began in 2014. I started from being a Stewardess on 77m super yacht and made my way up to work onboard 100m+ boats in the next following years. Having my flexible and adventurous nature, from working on motor yachts, I have also worked onboard a classic 36m sailing boat for more than a year where I gained experience to work on Deck. I am well rounded in the Interior and have also good experience in Service. I was promoted and gained my Head of House/Relief Chief Stewardess role onboard 119m Motor Yacht A with a longevity of 3+ years. With more than 4 years of experience in leading a team on various boats, I believe that what kept me growing in this career since the beginning is by simply doing my job with pride and passion. I love to see my team learning and growing to the best as they can be. I am a goal getter and a person with a happy disposition, these personalities are contributing a great impact to my work environment and leadership.
