I am an experienced sailor who is looking to find work as a Deckhand or Mate on vessels both private and charter. I started sailing at 21 and have been passionate about it ever since. I have done two seasons in the Mediterranean, working on flotilla and doing freelance skippering on both monohulls and catamarans. Experience outside of this consists of coastal sailing around the UK and France, Canary Islands and some offshore passages. I am an outgoing person by nature and looking for a vessel for which I can bring my skills and strong work ethic. I have done seasonal work before this building Tipis for private events and making equipment to use during the season, from this gained some knowledge in working with wood. Outside of the seasonal work I have done temporary jobs working in warehouses and offices in order to make money in the winter and pay for my sailing certificates. I am now hoping to be able to commit to the yachting industry all year round.
