I am Justine marcelo, 24 years old. I have more than 5 years of experience as a customer service. I worked at Mcdonald's as a service crew and barista for more than 3 years. With these experience, it open my eyes to the passion that I have which is giving the care and service for the people. I bring a strong focus and my excellent communication skills and attentiveness, alongside my positive attitude, bring a good atmosphere into my workplace. Now, I am currently employed in Starbucks Philippines as a Barista Trainer. I've been working here for more than 2 years, and I absolutely love it. I'm a certified barista trainer and have completed training in coffee roasting and latte art. I'm also a coffee lover, and I love experimenting with different brewing methods and flavor profiles. I am also certified global coffee master, which means I completed the Starbucks Coffee Master Training Program and has expert knowledge of coffee. And with this passion that I have, I was awarded 3-time Partner of the Quarter for our Store. I love cleaning, I have a eye for detail attitude, and I have a can do attitude that makes my colleagues inspire.
