About me
I am 34 years old and have 16 years of experience in the maritime industry. After 10 years as a officer of the watch on submarines and frigates in the French Navy, I acquired a strong work ethic and a sense of duty. I then spent 4 years as a captain on yachts ranging from 23 to 40 meters, during which time I honed my skills in maneuvering and management. For the past two years, I have worked as a safety officer/navigator for Ponant in the Arctic (Greenland, Canada, Northwest Passage, Alaska) and for Corsica Linea on ferries ranging from 165 to 188 meters (Corsica and Algeria), where I led a bridge team of about twenty people. I hold a 500 UMS Yacht Master certificate, an unlimited chief officer certificate, a 3000 UMS second captain certificate, and I am currently validating my 3000 UMS captain diploma as an officer with Corsica Linea in Marseille.
