Creative and innovative Chef with passion for World-class, high-end Food Quality Standards. Proficient in public health and sanitation program (USPH/HACCP). i am In-charge of the Culinary and restaurant operation, with high results-oriented focus, delivering memorable dining experience and customer satisfaction thru Passion and dedication towards work, involved in Menu planning, development and implementation, staff training and coaching for successful kitchen operation and teamwork.
