About me
Australian deckhand currently based in Antibes and available immediately for seasonal, permanent, or daywork opportunities. Most recently, I joined the deck team onboard the 48m charter yacht M/Y Parillion during and after the Monaco Grand Prix, supporting guest operations, mooring and anchoring procedures, line handling, watersports activities, vessel presentation, and general deck duties. I also assisted with the deployment and recovery of water toys including Seabobs, jet skis, and eFoils while supporting guests throughout the programme. Prior to this, I worked with MNT8 by FRS in the South of France carrying out full exterior washdowns, teak maintenance, sanding, detailing, and general upkeep across tenders and support vessels, developing a strong understanding of yacht presentation standards and exterior maintenance. Originally from Port Lincoln, South Australia, I bring a lifelong boating and watersports background including competitive sailing, offshore fishing, surfing, diving, and a wide range of water-based activities. I also gained practical onboard experience assisting on a commercial great white shark cage diving charter, supporting deck operations, equipment handling, vessel preparation, and guest safety. Professional, physically fit, and proactive, I take pride in maintaining high standards, working effectively within a team, and contributing positively onboard from day one. I hold valid STCW, ENG1, and RYA Powerboat Level 2 certifications and am available to join immediately.
