I am an enthusiastic and hardworking Australian seeking an entry-level deckhand opportunity. Growing up in Port Lincoln, a coastal fishing town in South Australia, I developed a strong connection to the ocean from an early age through sailing, fishing, surfing and other water-based activities. Being around boats and the marine environment has naturally led me to pursue a career at sea. My professional background includes both physically demanding operational work and client-facing roles. Most recently I worked as an Operations Assistant at a grain silo facility where I regularly completed long shifts involving heavy logistics, strict safety procedures and maintaining high standards of organisation and cleanliness. This experience strengthened my work ethic, attention to detail and ability to perform well in fast-paced environments. I also have experience working as a swim teacher and lifeguard, which required strong situational awareness, responsibility and teamwork in aquatic environments. I am eager to continue to build practical deck skills on board. I bring a positive attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn, and I am motivated to contribute to a professional deck team while developing a long-term career in the superyacht industry.
