I am an experienced Lead Deckhand with over three years’ experience on 70–85m private and charter yachts, currently seeking my first official Bosun role. Most recently, I served as Lead Deckhand on board M/Y Talisman C (70m), where I regularly stepped up into Bosun-level responsibilities. These included training and supervising junior deck crew, coordinating daily deck operations, leading mooring and anchoring procedures, assisting with safety compliance and drills, and supervising contractors during shipyard periods. I also have extensive tender-driving experience, strong safety awareness, and have completed multiple Atlantic crossings while standing bridge and navigational watches. I am organised, reliable, and calm under pressure, with a background in finance that contributes to strong administrative and planning skills on board. I take pride in maintaining high standards on deck while supporting the bridge team and contributing positively to crew morale. I am actively working toward my OOW 3000, with my oral planned for 2026, and I am keen to continue developing within a professional deck department
