Extensive background includes 3 as sole chef on a plethora of charter vessels, 24-40 metres, and 18 months as Sous Chef on a busy 75m charter vessel, delivering exceptional cuisine in high-pressure, high-expectation environments. Skilled in provisioning, menu planning, team coordination, and creating bespoke dining experiences for both guests and crew. Additional experience includes running a private catering company and working as a head chef in UHNW ski chalets.
