Hi!! Im Jess.. I have been yachting for 11 years (time has flown!!), and this has been the best adventure yet. I am a very enthusiastic, positive, bubbly and open minded girl who thrives in an upbeat and positive work environment. I am incredibly driven, ambitious, self-motivated and resilient. I love nurturing my team, watching them grow, succeed, thrive and blossom in to their full potential. I am currently looking for a rotational Chief Stewardess position on board a 75-90m private vessel. In my spare time I love practising yoga, journalling, doing courses and listening to educational podcasts. I also really enjoy diving and am hoping to complete my rescue PADI in 2025. I am super loyal and dedicated and care deeply about my team, program and owners, always giving 110% of myself.
