Hi, my name is Johan, and I’m from Sweden. I’m currently seeking a position on a yacht with a good rotation schedule where I can establish some longevity. At present, I’m working as a Security Officer on a 70m yacht, where I provide close protection for the owner and manage all logistics for both the owner and guests. Before this, I served as a Deckhand/Paramedic on a newly built 100m+ yacht. Prior to that, I spent two years on a newly built 70m charter vessel as a Paramedic/Deckhand, and before that, I worked on a 65m private M/Y in the same role for almost a year. In these positions, I was responsible for all medical care on board for the guests, owner, and crew. I have extensive experience with operating tenders and managing water sports equipment. On my previous yacht, we had a helicopter, so I was heavily involved in tender and heli-deck operations. My background in close protection and paramedics has proven invaluable in ensuring safety and well-being on board. Additionally, I have experience as a Human Resources Manager, where I trained employees in customer service and guest relations.
