After almost a decade in the yachting industry, progressing from Junior Stewardess to Chief Stewardess, I have developed strong leadership, guest service, administration and team management skills across a range of private and charter vessels. In 2020, due to Covid I took a step ashore to persue business ownership in the beauty industry. This experience strengthened my organisational, financial management and problem solving skills while complementing the high standards of service and professionalism developed throughout my yachting career. Returning to yachting has allowed me to combine my industry knowledge with the additional perspective gained through business ownership. Over the past 18 months, I have worked closely with the Captain and been heavily involved in vessel setup, refit projects, interior project management, procurement and charter preparation to ensure smooth operations from shipyard through to guest delivery. I have gained a broarder operational understanding that complements my experience as a Chief Stewardess and enables me to contribute beyond the traditional scope of the role.
