With over 6.5 years of yachting experience, including 5.5 as Chief Stew, I am seeking a Chief Stew role, ideally with rotation. I have excellent longevity and managed both private and charter itineraries across the Mediterranean and East Africa. My leadership style blends serious commitment with a touch of fun, making me approachable and easy to work with. Proficient in interior management, I've organised large parties and an engagement party, created SOPs and training manuals, handled Purser tasks such as organising crew travel, accounting and budgeting and led extensive shipyard projects, including being hands-on with crew area renovations. Adaptable, I'm always happy to help where needed and even stepped in as the Chef when needed. This adaptability stems from my prior experience owning a coffee shop and navigating the complexities of the prosecutor's office and judicial system. Holding two university degrees attests to my dedication to continuous learning and growth, and I'm currently studying a GUEST Purser course.
