My professional journey includes five years as a Professor in Hotel Management Colleges, where I developed and delivered training modules focused on hospitality operations and service excellence. I also spent five years with Cunard Line Ltd., working aboard the Queen Elizabeth and Queen Mary 2 as an F&B Administrator and Buffet Steward for 6 years and gaining extensive experience in food and beverage operations and high-level guest service. Currently, I serve as an Assistant Training Manager at Foodlink F&B Holding Company, where I oversee both restaurant-level and corporate training initiatives. My role includes designing and conducting staff training programs, evaluating performance through tailored training modules, and driving sales growth through upselling strategies and guest engagement.
