My name is Kasia ( also known as Kat ) I’m a Yoga and Qi gong instructor as well as visual artist . Originally from Poland I spend most of my adult life in London where I was studying and working . Currently , since one year I live in Canary Islands where I teach yoga and qi gong . During my life in London I worked in several different fields, learning and expanding my horizons. I have experience in working for 10 years as a receptionist/assistant in two prestigious Tattoo studios in London where I had direct contact with clients and learned about customer service and beauty industry . I was also responsible of the visual aesthetic of the studio, taking pictures, recording short videos and putting them on social media. I spent 3 years in two luxury yoga / fitness studios in London as a receptionist and studio assistant . There I had an opportunity to attend many sessions of yoga and other body related practices , which helped me to find the favourite style and chose a desired training . During that time in the yoga studios I learned a lot about fitness / health industry and through the direct contact with customers I expanded my knowledge and vocabulary on the topics. I got certified as a yoga teacher and qi gong teacher in 2019. Since then I’ve been teaching in London, Poland and now Spain . I also have an experience in housekeeping ( 5 years cleaning London’s apartments) and 5 years of working as a bartender in a busy night music club. I studied photography and design in London and working as a freelance artist / graphics designer/ photographer. I’m calm and easygoing in nature . Im adaptive My interests include : art , drawing, design, video editing , dance, yoga, nutrition , healthy lifestyle , gardening . I speak fluent English, Polish and currently learning Spanish .
