I have 31 years of kitchen experience, working mostly in fine dining restaurants. My forte of cuisine are French, Italian and Asian Influence. I was previously working for Singapore Top Richest family which owns the Largest Trimaran 84 meters Superyacht White Rabbit Golf for more than 2.8years. Head Chef (White Rabbit Golf Largest Super Yacht in Singapore) 2020 Nov – 2023 Jul • Serves the yacht’s family and their guests which are high profile people from around the world (Royal families, billionaires, ambassadors, bankers, etc.) • Forte are French, Italian and Asian influence cuisine • Events held on board varies from Fine Dining Degustation Menu, Buffets, Breakfast and Family Plated Asian Cuisine with the number of paxs depending on the event schedule (at times buffet can serve up to 120 paxs) • Maintaining the food quality and service at the highest standard • Keeping the kitchen clean, tidy and sanitized at all times • In-charge of sourcing of ingredients from suppliers ensuring the quality of food and requirements are met and not compromised • In-charge of selecting the flatwares and cutleries for each individual event
