About me
My name is Laureano Beltrán. I was born in Argentina and have been living in Spain for 24 years. I hold dual citizenship. From a young age, I worked in my family's takeaway kitchen business in Argentina. At the age of 20, I graduated with a degree in gastronomy as a restaurateur. I have 26 years of experience working in restaurants, hotels, and wine bars, ranging from the southernmost point of the planet in Ushuaia, Tierra del Fuego, to international destinations such as Australia, Brazil, and Spain. From 2012 to 2020, I focused on restaurant consultancy and training. Additionally, I worked concurrently for 6 years at a culinary school for foreigners. Starting in 2021, I began working on yachts during the summer season, a role I continue to hold. During this time, I acquired the necessary certifications to work on yachts. I am a proactive and resourceful professional with strong communication and teamwork skills. My culinary style is characterized by its healthiness, fusion of flavors, and focus on market and Mediterranean cuisine. I consider myself someone who learns and grows every day, always open to new experiences and knowledge.
