About me
Well, how do I describe and explain this very vivacious and energetic mother of 2 grown up teens, who has completed her STCW at the age of 54 luckily I look and have the energy of a 40 year old. With my extensive catering & cooking career with a Diploma in Commercial catering of 36 years in the hospitality industry. With my love and passion for cooking & entertaining I will definitely be an added bonus to your team, whether sole chef or part of a small kitchen brigade. My high standards for food safety & hygiene together with running an organised kitchen ranks high on my lists of priorities. Also with recycling, reducing & reusing of products to ensure cost effective cooking but not compromising guest standards. With clients have catered and cooked for of the likes of Miss Oprah Winfrey herself, our South African Cricket Team the Proteas, a boarding establishment with 500 school kids feeding them breakfast, lunch & dinner daily. PS: I have dual citizenship with South Africa and Italy by marriage so I am in possession of a EU passport making me available asap and also I am currently temping as a chef on the Greek Isle of KOS.
