I am a qualified Marine Engineer, holding the STCW 2nd Engineer Unlimited III/2 certificate, with extensive experience in the maritime industry. I began my career as an Apprentice Engineer on cruise ships, where I rapidly honed my technical skills and gained valuable expertise. Over the years, I have held various technical roles, including serving as 2nd Engineer on large cruise ships with prominent companies such as Royal Caribbean International, specializing in luxury passenger vessels. Currently, I work as 2nd Engineer/AV/IT/ETO on the 63m M/Y Artisan, where I am fully responsible for the maintenance and repair of all mechanical, AV/IT, and electrical systems on board, as well as interior repairs, tenders, water toys, and more. I personally handle all maintenance tasks to ensure the vessel operates at peak efficiency. I have also successfully completed the 5-year survey on this yacht, ensuring continued compliance and optimal performance. I am experienced with Diesel-electric propulsion systems, Azipod ABB, MTU, Caterpillar, and Wartsila engines, as well as PMS systems like Idea and Amos.
