Motivated Yachtmaster, ready and committed to joining a crew and fully investing myself onboard a vessel as a Deckhand / Deck-Stew. I have a real desire to build a long-term professional career at sea. I am eager to bring my positive attitude, integrate into a team and contribute positively onboard. I genuinely enjoy working hard, take pride in a job well done and find daily satisfaction in doing things properly. I have a strong enthusiasm for the sea. While still working on land, I had the opportunity to take part in several offshore deliveries, which taught me the realities and demands of the roles on board. My background in tourism and management has been valuable, as it developed skills that I have strengthened over several years of experience: client-facing, discipline, organisation and initiative. These experiences allowed me to learn, grow and ultimately realise that my place is at sea. Last year, I decided to turn this passion into a professional reality by supporting my career change with solid training and recognised qualifications. Since then, I joined a Sunreef 80’ sailing catamaran in November 2025 for a delivery from Barcelona to Saint Martin, working directly with the Captain and Deckhand. My responsibilities included preparing the vessel before departure, active participation during the crossing (watch leader duties, crew organisation and safe navigation), engine checks, cooking for a crew of nine, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and preparing the yacht to charter standards upon arrival (watersports equipment, teak cleaning and interior readiness). I learn quickly, I am hands-on and adaptable. Combined with my strong motivation, I would welcome the opportunity to prove myself, be reliable and continue building experience. I am versatile, which allows me to contribute effectively across different areas onboard, and I am always keen to learn, improve and progress. I bring a positive and dynamic attitude to the crew and a determined approach to my work, allowing me to be appreciated by both colleagues and guests/owners. I am available immediately and willing to travel anywhere to meet and present myself in person.
