I am a professional chef with over 5 years 5* experience in the hospitality industry. I am extremely motivated to constantly develop my skills and grow professionally. I am confident in my ability to come up with interesting ideas for guest and crew meals. I have worked on Private & Charter yachts and I have experience creating menus and meals with specific requests and dietary requirements. I have a passion for creating showstopper dishes and combining flavors and textures using local ingredients. I have experience in cooking Vegan, Paleo, Gluten & Lactose free, Sugar free meals. I also have experience in Mediterranean, Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, Caribbean, African, Mediterranean and Eastern Cuisines. I am a great all rounder with Deckhand, Stew and Chef experience. I also have extensive Sea Rescue, fishing and boating experience making me the perfect candidate for your vessel. My end goal for the Yachting industry is to work my way up to a Captain position.
