My name is Leigh-Ann, I’m 28 years old. I have been in the industry for a solid 6 years now, coming from, very busy chartered vessels as a chief stewardess in the last few years, and most recently being promoted to 2nd Stew from HOH on a 74m MY. I feel that I work well under pressure and can lead a team of 5 stewardess with ease, I adapt easily to any situation I am put in. I would say I have great leadership skills as they come with my easy going personality and the love for SOP’s & checklists. My eye for detail, product knowledge, laundry & housekeeping skills come from the years experience within the industry . I am very confident in all these aspects within the interior. I have also recently completed my Pursers course as I enjoy having my accounts all in order. Being a purser one day is my end goal in the industry. I have experience in all types of service coming from chartered vessel as well as confident with all different types of nationalities. I thrive off giving the guest their best experiences. I enjoy themed nights, making cocktails & getting involved in all the activities to ensure the guests leave with an unforgettable holiday.
