I’ve spent over a decade hands-on with boats-driving tenders up to 21ft, growing up around water sports, and joining multiple sailing trips on 50ft yachts where I developed line handling and small vessel seamanship. My passion for the ocean isn’t just something I say-it’s something I've lived through regular boating, fishing, wakeboarding, and sailing with friends and family long before I considered yachting professionally. My background spans leadership in logistics, hospitality, and operations, where I’ve managed teams, solved complex problems, and learned to perform under pressure. These roles, combined with my natural drive to be outdoors and on my feet, have built the discipline, resilience, and situational awareness that I now bring to the yachting world. I’m not just looking for a job-I’m here to learn, work hard, and build a career at sea, starting from the deck and doing things properly. I understand the work involved, I enjoy the physical challenge, and I’m serious about earning my place in the industry by adding value and always showing up with a positive, proactive mindset.
