I’ve been with Ideaworks for nearly 8 years, progressing through several technical roles including AV CAD design, AV/IT rack building, and now AV/IT infrastructure engineering. I specialize in delivering high-end solutions for new-build superyachts and luxury residential projects. My work includes fibre splicing, structured cabling, rack building, satellite/aerial systems, and full headend installations. I’m hands-on with project delivery, often working abroad for 10-day periods in the Netherlands, Germany, and Monaco. I bring a detail-focused, quality-driven approach, and thrive in fast-paced, multi-disciplinary teams where precision and efficiency are key.
