I have a very trusted agency here in the Philippines that I can connect you with, they will help with all the required documents needed to register the boat. It will take at least 2 weeks of processing once all the papers are sent to them (all just via email), plus they will do visa applications assistant, then after that I can fly out in any location wherever I should join in. If you're still hesitant because of the cost for the agency fee, I don't mind you deducting  anything that they need to cut off on my salary so that I can work legally abroad. I’ve done it on my previous boat with this agency for 2 years and everything rolls in a smooth process.
