I am a Head Chef up to 37 years experience in culinary craft, and more than ten years in yachting maritime industry,operating on large mega yachts,charter or privet. I did my intial culinary studies and training in the National Touristic school of Greece- culinary arts department. During my career I have followed the development of culinary craft by absorbing knowledge of modern techniques and trends working with accredited chefs and participating in several professional seminars. My dynamic range of experience, extends to multi-dimensional areas of my job such as recipes and fine dinning menu development, kitchen administration ,provisions planning, food cost control, coaching and inspiring my team as well as detailed care in the safety and hygiene of food and working environment. I feel excited to work on ,worldwide,traditional cuisines and lockal ingredients. I am member of ‘’Chef’s club of Greece’’ and former teacher of a distinguished vocational training institution of culinary arts. I have been several times in Greek tv culinary programs and have several tribute articles in magazines and publications. Strong High end and fine dinning ,on shore,restaurants experience as well!
